I've tried using period cups, but didn't like them so I tried a disc, it's much easier to insert, but when wearing it causes a small cramp, it might be user error tho, hope to fix it.

We're glad to hear that you found the disc easier to insert than a menstrual cup! If you're experiencing mild cramping while wearing it, it can sometimes be related to positioning or fit. Many users find that adjusting the insertion angle toward the tailbone and ensuring the front rim is tucked comfortably behind the pubic bone helps improve comfort.
Every body is different, and there can definitely be a learning curve when switching to a disc. We hope you're able to find the placement that works best for you.

I have always used the Flex ring, which I believe was the first disk to come out. Recently, I decided to buy more, and these were a little cheaper. However, they feel cheaper and thinner than the Flex. I do like that they come with a silicone case, but I don't care for the removable tab/hook, as it makes it difficult to fold and insert comfortably. I will use them, but I prefer the Flex.
Honestly i thought this would be great compared to the diva cup. They send you two- a small and large. The small slips right out and the large is too uncomfortable it causes pain. Ive given birth so I thought itd be fine. Itd be great if there was a "medium" but as of right now its pretty much unusable unfortunately.

I had never used either a menstrual cup or a disc before, but I wanted to try them, and it is truly brilliant that it is possible to buy something like this as a set. I haven’t seen anywhere else that you can buy this kind of set, which includes both a cup and discs in different sizes.
I was primarily interested in the discs, and I am delighted that the set includes two different sizes, as well as discs with different removal options (string and ring) so I can really try them out and see whether discs suit me, without giving up just because I may not have guessed correctly on the first try what I actually need. The set is well thought out, and the storage pouch is a lovely addition.
The only thing that would make it even better is if I could choose which products I wanted in the set. :)
I am very satisfied with the products. They look nice, feel pleasant to the touch, and are easy to use. So far, I have managed to try two discs from the set: the smaller one with the string and the larger one with the ring. My first impressions are extremely positive. I could never find a comfortable way to wear tampons, and they are also not practical to change when I am at the beach. So far, the disc seems very promising, and I think it will save me during summer on the days when I am at the beach.
I genuinely feel like this could be one of those life-changing products that make everyday life so much easier.
If you are hesitating, I definitely recommend giving it a try!
