Refresh is made for 100 % natural, high-quality Finnish ingredients. It contains nettle, birch bark powder, betaine, oat flour, and freshwater clay. Nettle is rich in vitamins and minerals. Birch has been traditionally used for hair care, as it has properties that strengthens the scalp and prevent hair loss.
