Delivery costs include mailing and packing costs. Detailed shipping costs are available after payment, and the shipping method has been selected.
All orders will be shipped from our nearest warehouse. When shipping to countries outside of the European Union, additional import duties may apply, depending on your country.

Our team will start working on your order once the purchase has been completed. Please understand that weekends and holidays might affect dispatch and shipping times. You will receive an email from us once the order has been dispatched (please check your junk mail for our email).

In no event shall Luonkos be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, losses, or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or computer (software and hardware) services; it is understood that Luonkos shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
