Luonkos Friends – Points, Benefits, and Referral Program

Welcome to the Luonkos Friends program! Earn valuable benefits, enjoy exclusive discounts, and collect points that can get you products for free. Below you will find clear instructions on how the program works, how to earn points, and referral benefits.

1. How do points work?

In the Luonkos Friends program, you collect points that can be directly used as euros in the Luonkos online store.

• 10 points = €1 spending money
• You get points for every purchase you make.
  • Example: You spend €100 → you get €10 spending money.

Points are displayed in your personal member account and can be used whenever you wish.

2. How do you earn points?

You can earn points in several ways:

• Join as a Friends member → +20 points
• Subscribe to the newsletter → +20 points
• Leave a product review → +10 points
  • Add an image to the review → +10 additional points
  • Only products purchased from the Luonkos online store can be reviewed. A review request is sent 14 days after purchase.
• Follow us on social media → +20 points
• Refer a friend → +100 points (€10) for both you and your friend when your friend places their first order.

3. Using points

You can use points for:

• The total amount of your order
• Shipping costs
• 50 points = free shipping to domestic pick-up points

Points are activated at checkout by selecting the desired number of points.
Note! After activation, the points do not appear in your balance but can be transferred to the checkout.

4. Point validity

• All points are valid for 12 months from the earning date.

5. Point accumulation restrictions

Points do not accumulate if:

• You pay for the order with a gift card
• You use a discount code
• You pay with points
• Your activated benefit is greater than the total order amount
• Note: in this case, the benefit is fully used, and any excess is not refunded.

6. Combining discounts

Two discounts cannot be used simultaneously.
Choose either using points at checkout or Friends prices.

7. Referral Program – Refer a friend

Tell your friends about the Friends program and both earn rewards!

What do you get?

• When a friend places their first order through your referral link:
• You get +100 points
• Your friend gets +100 points

8. Important: Referral address rule

To keep the program fair for everyone, the following condition applies to referrals:

The referrer and the referred cannot use the same address.
The purpose of the referral benefit is to reward bringing in new customers – not for referrals within the same household.

What does this mean?

• If the system detects the same address, the referral will not automatically approve the benefit.
• The benefit can only be granted to different, separate addresses.

Exceptional circumstances

If the address is the same for a clear and justified reason (e.g., shared workspace, student housing, etc.), you can contact customer service.
We will review the situation and can make an exception if it is justified.
