Luonkos Friends terms
Luonkos Friends is eBrands Global Oy's free, card-free loyalty programme, open to any private individual over the age of 18. Membership gives you access to a changing range of benefits in the Luonkos online store. Joining Luonkos Friends requires opening a personal Luonkos Friends account (registering) and accepting the terms attached to it; by creating an account you accept these terms.
We communicate the benefits in force at any given time mainly by email and on our websites.
Luonkos Friends loyalty programme terms

Luonkos Friends ("Luonkos Friends") is a benefit programme run by eBrands Global Oy ("Luonkos") offering changing benefits relating to Luonkos products, such as offers and the chance to take part in Luonkos Friends events. The benefits in force at any given time are announced on our websites and in the member messages sent to Luonkos Friends members.
Anyone aged 18 or over, in the countries we deliver to, may join the free Luonkos Friends programme. Membership is personal and intended only for private individuals acting as consumers ("Member"). Only the Member may use Luonkos Friends benefits and make purchases tied to the membership, unless stated otherwise.
You can join by registering in our online store at luonkos.fi or luonkos.com, which opens a personal Luonkos Friends account. A Member may hold only one (1) Luonkos Friends account, and the same account works in both of our online stores. Joining requires that the Member accepts these terms, the general terms of sale of the online store and the privacy policy, and treats them as binding. All terms are permanently available on our websites.
The Member must give correct contact details when joining and keep them up to date. Up-to-date contact details matter so that messages about benefits reach you. Communication about member benefits is an essential part of the programme.
The Luonkos Friends programme may include additional benefits and member events during each year for the Members who have bought the most products.
Members' personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is disclosed to our service providers only to the extent needed to provide the service — including the ecommerce platform, payment service providers, delivery partners and marketing and analytics service providers. We do not sell personal data. The recipients, legal bases and retention periods are described in the privacy policy, available on our websites.
Member communication takes place mainly by email and through our websites. Luonkos may also send notices to Members case by case, for example by text message.
A Member can use Luonkos Friends benefits by identifying themselves with their email address when shopping in our online store at luonkos.fi or luonkos.com. Please note that retailers who also stock Luonkos products do not offer the same member benefits.
The Luonkos Friends terms and member communication are available in Finnish, English, Swedish, German and Polish. If there is any conflict between language versions, the Finnish version applies.
Luonkos may reject a Luonkos Friends application at its own discretion, or end a membership if the Member has not used it actively or materially breaches these terms. Membership ends within a reasonable time of a termination notice from Luonkos, sent to the email address given by the Member. Where the notice is based on the Member's inactivity, the membership can still be kept in force by showing activity towards the programme. A Member may leave the programme by sending a free-form termination notice to wecare@luonkos.com.
Luonkos reserves the right to discontinue the Luonkos Friends programme within a reasonable time of a discontinuation notice, and to change the terms while informing the Member. The updated terms are published on our websites.
Using Friends points, and combining them with campaign codes
- Friends points are personal loyalty points earned from purchases and campaigns in our online store.
- Luonkos reserves the right to determine unilaterally how and when points are earned.
- Points can be used as a payment method in the online store by redeeming a discount code, either in your own Friends account or from the Friends loyalty menu at the bottom of the page.
- Before going to checkout, the Member must redeem the point code and enter it in the field provided at checkout.
- Points are earned and can be used on the same account regardless of which of our online stores the purchase is made in.
Campaign codes and points cannot be used on the same order. During campaigns (for example Black Friday) the Member can choose either the campaign code or the use of points. If you want to use points during a campaign, remove any campaign code at checkout and enter the point code instead.
Validity of points
- Friends points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
- We notify Members of expiring points at the email address they have given.
