2. Orders and formation of the contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been dispatched.

We may cancel or decline an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock error, suspected misuse or a delivery restriction. In that case we refund any amount already charged in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. The final price, taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment is handled at checkout using the method you choose. Some payment methods reserve the amount at the time of purchase and charge it on dispatch.

4. Delivery and passing of risk

We ship orders from within the EU. The countries we deliver to and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

Risk passes to you when you, or a person you name, take physical possession of the goods.

Delivery times, delivery costs and the customs and tax formalities that apply to deliveries outside the EU are set out in our shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product. The conditions, the exceptions and the withdrawal form are set out in our refund and returns policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

6. Liability for defects

We are liable for defects in accordance with consumer protection law. If a product is defective, you are entitled to have the defect remedied, to a replacement, to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase, in the order provided by law.

In case of a defect, contact wecare@luonkos.com with your order number and photographs.

7. Use of cosmetic products

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease.

Check the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

8. Limitation of liability

We do not limit our liability to the extent that doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud.

Otherwise our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, and you do not lose the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence.

If we cannot resolve a disagreement between us, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking a matter to the Board, contact consumer advice (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta).

A consumer resident in another EU country may refer the matter to the corresponding consumer dispute body in their own country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you placed it.
