Collection: Gua sha

Gua sha is a facial massage tool: a smooth-edged stone drawn across the skin in light strokes, together with an oil. Regular massage can support circulation at the skin's surface, ease tension in the face and briefly reduce morning puffiness. This collection holds gua sha sets made from Bian stone, facial massage rollers and natural oil serums suited to massage.

How to start with gua sha

1. Cleanse the skin, for example with oil cleansing.
2. Apply a few drops of oil serum – on dry skin the stone catches and pulls at the skin; the oil gives it a surface to glide on.
3. Draw the stone lightly, almost flat, from the centre of the face outwards and upwards. Five to ten minutes a few times a week is enough.
