How did oil cleansing work?

  • 1. Warm between your palms.

    Take a small piece of the cake. It will melt into oil between your palms.

  • 2. Massage onto dry or damp facial skin.

    Apply to dry or damp facial skin using circular motions for 30–60 seconds.

  • 3. Rinse or wipe with a damp cloth.

    With lukewarm water or a damp microfiber cloth. If desired, follow with a light facial toner.

Is oil cleansing suitable for oily skin?

Yes – that's one of the most common misconceptions. Oily skin often produces excessive sebum because it has been cleansed too aggressively. Oil cleansing balances sebum secretion over time. Choose the Harmony oil cleansing bar, which is specially developed for acne-prone and combination skin.

Single or double cleansing?

In the evening – especially if you use sunscreen or makeup – oil cleansing acts as the first step for removal. You can follow with a rinse with water or a light toner. In the morning, a simple rinse with water is sufficient for most.

What is the difference between an oil cleansing balm and a liquid oil cleanser?

The bar is waterless and concentrated — no plastic bottles, no preservatives. A 55 g bar lasts approximately 2–3 months with daily use.

Does oil cleansing remove makeup?

Yes — even waterproof makeup. Oil gently dissolves makeup and impurities because like dissolves like.
